Jaime Carvajal

Bio

Jaime Carvajal enters his 13th year of coaching and is excited to begin his second year at Carroll High School in Fall 2025. He looks forward to helping student-athletes develop both on and off the field while maximizing their genetic potential. Supported by his fiancée, Ashlee Galvan, and their two children, Julian (7) and Aubriella (2), Jaime brings a wealth of experience to his role.

A former walk-on Running Back for the University of Texas Longhorns (2004–2007), Jaime contributed to the 2005 National Championship team. After starting his career teaching and coaching at the high school level, he interned with the University of Texas strength and conditioning staff in 2012, learning from Master Strength Coaches Jeff Madden, Bennie Wylie, and Donnie Maib.

Jaime has since served as Director of Strength & Conditioning and held assistant coaching positions (DBs, RBs, WRs) at several high schools across Houston and South Texas, including two years as Co-Offensive Coordinator. He is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and is currently pursuing his CSCCa Strength and Conditioning Coach Certification (SCCC).
